One of a round of birthday hats for my daughters, the E-30 is a classic twist stitch hat designed for my oldest daughter Emily's 30th birthday.

Materials

• Worsted weight yarn, approx 100 yds [91.5 meters]
• US size 8 [5 mm] 16” circular needle and dpn set or second 16” circular needle or size needed to achieve gauge
• Stitch marker
• Cable needle (optional)
• Yarn needle

Gauge

16 sts & 20 rnds = 4” [10 cm] in Twist Lattice Patt after blocking

Knitting in the round, twisted stitches, decreases
