Description

The Meme Cardigan is a fun, classic knit with a feminine neckline that starts with swatching the saddle shoulder pieces and then knitting all the rest from the top down with no seams to finish. The fabric is graced with both twisted-stitch cables and other low-relief cables that present a slimming silhouette. Fully charted and written.

Materials

• Worsted weight yarn, approx 1100 (1150, 1250, 1350, 1400, 1500) yds [1006 (1051.5, 1143, 1234.5, 1280, 1371.5) meters]
• US size 8 [5mm] 24” and 16” circular needles or size needed to achieve gauge
• US size 8 [5mm] dpn set or a second 16” circular needle for working sleeves
• Cable needle
• Stitch markers
• Yarn needle
• Scrap yarn or yarn holders
• 20 (20, 20, 22, 22, 22)” [51 (51, 51, 56, 56, 56) cm] separating zipper



Gauge

22 sts and 24 rows/rnds = 4” [10 cm] in Chart B patt after blocking
